USE

Place the spoon in the package in front of the mouth of the airless container.
Hold the airless container upright and bring its mouth to the spoon.
Squeeze the pump cap firmly once until the end of its travel with the thumb.
Lift the thumb by releasing the pump cap.
Wait a second and repeat until the recommended dosage.
Then place the teaspoon under your tongue and ideally hold the royal jelly there, to be absorbed.
