Distillation: 100%. After the distillation of the marcs, the most suitable tsikoudia mixture is strictly selected. Matures for 3 months in stainless steel tanks. Then it is placed for 3 years in oak barrels of 200 lt and remains until it matures, softens and develops all the aromas that characterize it.
Features: Mature, soft, sweet drink with aroma of tobacco, spices and vanilla aftertaste.
Served: At room temperature to maximize the flavor of the aromatic palette or frozen.
Accompanies: Appetizers, cheeses, pies, sausages.
