With the opening of an “Old Spirit” bottle, aromas of vanilla, wood, rose, honey and chocolate emerge. This fine distillate, aged in oak barrels, is characterized by a strong aroma and full flavor.
After the processing of the grapes for the production of the wine, the marcs of Moschato Tyrnavos are distilled in modern abysses, perfectly highlighting the aromatic character of the grape. The distillate then matures in oak barrels for at least 5 years.
