CHARACTERISTICS
Propolis is a product produced by bees from resins and various other plant substances in combination with enzymes that they add, in order to use it for hygiene and sterilization of the hive due to its ability to kill germs, bacteria and viruses.
Due to the flavonoid elements it contains, it has significant antibacterial activity and acts against staphylococcus and streptococcus, which are responsible for infections of the oral cavity. Flavonoids are also responsible for its action against herpes viruses and adenoviruses.
It acts as a prophylaxis against the flu virus, hepatitis B and shingles. It proves effective against the attacks of pathogenic fungi on the skin. It is also recommended for local anesthetic action (eg insect bites) and achieves healing of damaged tissues mainly thanks to the essential oils it contains. Finally, it has antiparasitic and anti-inflammatory action.
USE
10 to 15 drops a day.
