Taste characteristics: A rare and organic Assyrtiko from Thessaly that is worth trying for many reasons! It has a bright yellow color on the face. It is a wine with a strict profile, with aromas reminiscent of citrus and citrus flowers, pineapple notes and hints of minerality. The aromas do not testify to the 5-month stay of the wine in a barrel and in the mouth there is the roundness and the acidity that give a feeling of freshness.
Organic Assyrtiko in which the effect of its stay for 6 months in an oak barrel is evident in its complexity and its rich touch. Ripe citrus, white flowers and minerals are combined with oiliness and nerve, until its long aftertaste in notes of wet stone.
Accompanies extremely fatty grilled fish, shellfish, but also smoked salmon.
