Description
Our bees in this area utilize both the honeycombs of trees such as oak and chestnut, as well as the nectar that comes from the wide variety of flowers and herbs, such as honeysuckle and sword grass. From our vintage emerges a very dark, almost black and quite viscous honey. Probably the richest in trace elements, it has the greatest antioxidant activity compared to other honeys, while it is considered one of the most nutritious, as it is dominated by acorn and chestnut. The so-called “black gold” of honey, as it is a very special honey with a special taste, rich and full.
