On the mountain slopes of Veria at the end of spring, the feast of wild flowers and the beginning of the summer honeying of the trees and herbs of the forest give us a dark honey, with a very special full aroma and sweet taste. The rich flora of the area with the hundreds of different species of wild flowers, contribute to the production of a unique honey, different each year as it is greatly influenced by the weather conditions that prevail at that time.
