On the nose, it’s a complex explosion, unexpectedly off the beaten track. A bouquet of citrus peel dominates, along with candied orange and cooked bitter orange. Then come – very elegant and delicate – the notes of spices, touches of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, mixed with hints of flowers, flower honey and chamomile.
