Silver Award went to Majuni, a fine, aromatic spirit, with a recipe whose roots are lost in the depths of history. Balancing between the elegance of an aperitivo and the dynamism of an authentic digestivo, Majuni scores high thanks to its bittersweet taste, which harmoniously combines 15 different herbs, spices, roots and flowers of the Greek land.

Enigmatic and special, like no other, the mysterious elixir with the characteristic, bittersweet taste, is made with more than 15 different herbs, spices, roots and flowers, from all over Greece, which – through delicate processes of distillation, extraction and maturation – give the authentic Greek Botanical drink a complex, balanced, contradictory physiognomy and bright, amber color.

The nose is dominated by its spicy character, with thyme and ginger accompanied by herbal notes of sage and citrus. Its taste, enigmatic and special, with angelica root and licorice added to the aromas, oscillates between sweet and bitter. As complicated as life itself: Sweet and bitter at the same time, but always harmonious.
