Tsikoudas (leftovers from winemaking) are boiled in copper pots for hours. Only the heart of the distillate is carefully collected and stored in stainless steel tanks. After many months of maturation in our tanks, this exquisite distillate is bottled. It is an excellent soft drink, which is particularly popular in Messinia but also in many parts of Greece. It is used as a digestif after a good meal and has a slightly drier and stronger taste than the classic mastic of the Stefanouris company. Their production method is similar, but for the creation of raki essential oils of citrus fruits and lemon are also used, specifically giving the spirit a special and distinct taste.
