Our Good Tsipouro comes from the distillation of marcs from the most exquisite vineyards. Only the “heart” of the distillate is kept, ie its purest and purest part. But because good tsipouro also needs good water, the purest water has been used, provided by a source of the Spyropoulos family in Xerovouni Setta.
Its color is transparent with aromas of dried herbs, green walnut butter and bitter almond.
In the mouth it is round with pleasant fruity flavors.
