One of the top Greek white wines that sweep the medals wherever it competes, with the most recent award “Best Wine of the Competition-Best in Show of the Decanter 2019 Competition!” to a large extent, its complete structure. The marriage of Assyrtiko to Semillon is particularly successful, as the former gives sparkle and acidity, while the latter gives maturity and grace.
It is the result of the combination of two excellent varieties, Assyrtikos and Semillon (variety of Bordeaux), which are planted in the warmest and barren part of the vineyard of the Estate, on the slopes of Mount Paggaios. It has a bright yellow color with light green reflections.
Its nose is elegant, expressive, with aromas of apricot and honey coexisting with notes of tropical fruits and citrus fruits. Accompanies large grilled fish, seafood risotto, sushi, duck or turkey stuffed, rich cheese souffle.
