  • Pine honey is produced exclusively in the Southeastern Mediterranean & of course in Greece. 65% of the total honey production in Greece is pine honey. With a not particularly sweet taste & a distinctive aroma, it is the most important beekeeping plant in Greece. Pine honey is collected from the pine forests of Arcadia in the Peloponnese and Evia at an altitude ranging from 800m. – 1300m. both in Spring (April – May) and Autumn (September – October).
